A Typical Work Week

‼️ We believe the best work happens together. This is a full-time, in-person role at our West Des Moines office. Remote work is not available.

Top 5 Responsibilities

  1. Execute SEO Strategies holistically
  2. Optimize backend and frontend of websites
  3. Optimize Google Business Profiles
  4. Create Authority online for clients
  5. Grow the online presence and visibility of our clients

Other Responsibilities

  • Execute SEO strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and technical audits for site improvement.
  • Optimize content, metadata, structure, and local SEO performance.>
  • Monitor performance and keyword rankings using analytics platforms.
  • Create monthly reports on metrics, insights, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams on SEO best practices.
  • Research competitors and algorithm updates to maintain visibility and citation.
  • Support website launches and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Continually refine SEO processes for maximum efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 2–3+ years of SEO experience, ideally agency-based
  • Proven ability to execute strategies that boost rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Expertise in on-page, technical, local SEO, and content optimization
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
  • Skilled in keyword research and providing actionable website recommendations
  • Knowledge of UX, conversion optimization, and website structure
  • Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits
  • Ability to perform SEO audits and identify performance issues
  • Experience with WordPress and other common CMS platforms
  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate solutions to SEO strategies
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Uses good judgment and works with integrity
  • Ability to quickly change from one project to another
  • Adeptness with learning new apps and software
