As TwoTone Creative’s SEO and Website Content Director, James helps organizations get discovered by the right audience through clear strategy, purposeful content, and search-driven storytelling. He has spent more than a decade in the SEO world, working across agencies, freelancing, and supporting hundreds of website launches across the country and around the world. He never planned on a career in SEO; the path unfolded gradually, with God opening doors, shaping his skills, and leading him into work he has grown to genuinely love.

Instead of treating SEO as a checklist, James focuses on the full picture, including technical performance, search intent, content structure, user experience, and long-term visibility. He is energized by helping mission-driven organizations expand their reach, especially nonprofits doing meaningful work. 

James is grateful for his wife, their three daughters, their pets, and the lively rhythm of their home, including five backyard chickens. He stays involved in his church and runs a small baking project at the local farmers market, both reminders of the community God has placed around him. Through every season, he sees God’s hand guiding, strengthening, and caring for him in ways he could never arrange on his own.
