Here’s a peek inside our agency rhythm, so you can decide if we’re the kind of partner who’ll make Mondays (and all the other days) easier.

First, Choose Your Partnership
There are three ways to work with TwoTone:
1. Project
One goal, one finish line. Think website, brand refresh, or video project. We scope it, schedule it, and ship it.
2. TwoTone50 or 100
Need creative firepower—fast? Purchase a bucket of 50 or 100 agency hours and deploy them where you need momentum.
3. Full‑Service Retainer
Hand us your goals; we’ll run the plays. Every month, we tackle whatever you need to move the needle, anything from digital marketing and website updates to SEO and social media.
For this walk‑through, let’s assume we’re in a retainer partnership.
Onboarding
Every partnership starts with a free Discovery Call. We’ll go over your goals and pain points, then assemble a proposal tailored to your needs.
Once you hit “accept,” it’s off to the races.
In the first 30 days, we will...
- Start with a kickoff meeting.
- Introduce you to our project tools.
- Share login credentials as needed.
- Establish a meeting cadence.
- Do a deep dive into your brand messaging.
- Create branding guidelines and social guidelines, if needed.
- Determine your main goals and create a strategy.
- Score some quick wins. You’ll see progress immediately!
Communication & Updates
You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager and Project Manager. We use these tools:
- Basecamp: Your 24/7 project hub.
- Hours Portal: Updates on your retainer hours, broken down by date and project type.
- Google Docs: An easy way to collaborate on copy—no app download needed.
- Dropbox: For shared design, photo, and video files.
- Sprout Social: View mockups of social media posts.
- KPI Dashboards: To track digital marketing efforts in real-time.
- Calendly: See open time slots and schedule additional meetings with our team.
- Loom: Quick video walkthroughs + screen recordings.
- Zoom: Recurring meetings, project check-ins, quick brainstorms. If you’re in town—we’re always up to meet in person!
What Happens + How Often
Anytime
You let us know what you need as it comes up. Basecamp is always open for you to see project updates and add new requests/feedback. Something urgent? Call or text—we’re flexible.
Daily
Designers, writers, and other creatives push work forward. PMs manage timelines and project needs.
Weekly
Each Monday, you get a high-level recap email outlining what’s shipped, what’s next, what’s outstanding in your court and our court. We’ll also schedule recurring meetings, usually weekly or bi-weekly, to check in.
Quarterly
We’ll meet, review KPIs, and discuss what went right (and what could have gone better) in the last quarter. Then, we’ll identify your big themes and goals for the quarter.
Annually
We schedule an on-site meeting at least once a year (but we’d love to visit more often!). We’ll review the last year, new marketing trends, next year’s goals, and start strategizing.
Need an Example?
Let’s pretend we’re managing your social media within your retainer hours.
Depending on your needs and retainer size, we’ll build out a social plan monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly. Here’s what it looks like:
- Our social team creates a plan based on your 90-day strategy and current trends.
- A writer drafts copy that will resonate with your audience.
- We gather or create content: photos, graphics, and video.
- Our proofreader makes sure everything is accurate.
- Then, it’s back to the social team to mock up drafts of the posts—video, design, or some combination.
- You give us feedback or approval. We adjust if needed, then schedule the posts.
When Things Go Sideways…
Sick day, timeline shift, wild new idea from the senior executive?
Thankfully, “Resourceful” is our middle name (right next to “Remarkable” and “Relational”).
With a project manager who knows your needs inside and out—and multiple creatives and experts on our team—we pivot quickly, re‑assign, and keep producing.
