The site DMOS was working from had major functionality and design issues due to its age. The time had come to refresh the layout and navigation so that patients could find what they needed quickly – especially on mobile devices.

DMOS is all about putting the patient first. We built the layout and navigation of their website with their audience in mind, following user experience (UX) best practices.
Clear call to action buttons, interactive forms, and a mobile-optimized format were used throughout the site, all while maintaining a clean and consistent brand image on each and every page.
The Result
The new site proved to be an immediate boost. Search engine and site analytics were markedly improved.
As time goes on, patient experience metrics are also likely to see positive growth as patients are able to more easily find what they need, pay their bills, and schedule appointments.
