Could your customer go buy those same products and take care of their yard themselves? Maybe. But more than likely, they will see that you know what you’re talking about and will put their trust in you to get the job done.
Now this is the fun stuff that makes your followers feel like they’re a part of you. This makes your organization have some personality. Show your audience who you are and give them the inside scoop on things!
