As a Logo & Branding Designer at TwoTone, you won’t just design—you’ll shape how organizations are seen and remembered. You’ll build visual identities from the ground up, working closely with copywriters, strategists, and clients to translate mission and message into remarkable brand systems.

From logo concept to full brand guidelines, you’ll lead the creative process—pitching ideas, refining feedback, and delivering polished, meaningful work. Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous agency experience
  • Proven experience in an agency setting (fast-paced, client-focused environment)
  • Proficient on Mac and familiar with creative and productivity tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar
  • Ability to craft clear, concise messaging for client communications
  • Comfortable collaborating with conservative Christian churches and mission-driven nonprofits
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction
  • Self-starter who thrives on working independently and efficiently
  • Strong multitasking skills—able to pivot quickly between projects without losing accuracy
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new apps and software
  • Confident leading projects, guiding strategy, and collaborating with creative teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail (yes, we’re looking for Type A here)
  • Highly organized with systems that support team efficiency and client success
  • Dependable and punctual—someone the team and clients can count on

Top Responsibilities

Lead Creative Brand Development

  • Concept and design logos, visual identities, and full brand systems
    Develop brand guidelines (color, typography, iconography, layout, usage standards)
  • Present and clearly communicate branding concepts to internal teams and clients

Strategize & Execute with Excellence

  • Collaborate with strategy and copy teams to align visuals with messaging and audience goals
  • Conduct competitive and visual research to support strong creative direction
  • Translate client feedback into refined, high-impact design solutions

Maintain Brand Consistency

  • Ensure brand standards are implemented across print, web, social, and digital assets
  • Support internal teams with branded templates, assets, and rollout guidance
  • Review designs created by other team members for accuracy, cohesion, and quality

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Work directly with clients to understand vision, voice, and differentiators
  • Take projects from kickoff to completion—on time and on brand
  • Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions
