TwoTone Creative is a marketing and design agency located in West Des Moines, Iowa. We design and write for a variety of clients, helping them with their communication strategies, design, messaging, social, and marketing initiatives. A Typical Work Week

This is a full-time, in-person position for our West Des Moines office. Not open for remote work at this time.

The Client Experience Manager (CEM) is an advocate for our clients and strives to provide timely solutions to all requests. The CEM maintains our existing clients while growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, developing customer service procedures, informing internal team members on relevant information, and recommending different solutions and services to clients.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust
  • Determining client needs by conducting in-person meetings or video/conference calls to outline their goals
  • Collaborating with leadership team to inform proposals
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any issues or concerns
  • Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff
  • Inspiring repeat business from clients through relationship building
  • Conducting customer service workshops and presentations
  • Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
  • Offering advice to clients on services and products
  • Developing surveys and capturing client information
  • Tracking client requests and troubleshooting problems

Required Skills

  • Previous agency experience
  • Mac proficient
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely and with correct grammar
  • Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits
  • Uses good judgment and works with integrity
  • Works independently and quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly change from one project to another
  • Adeptness with learning new apps and software
  • Comfortable leading projects and other designers
  • Attention to detail (seriously – looking for type-A people)
  • Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
  • Punctual and dependable
