A Typical Work Week

‼️ We believe the best work happens together. This is a full-time, in-person role at our West Des Moines office. Remote work is not available.

Top 5 Responsibilities:

  • Office operations and facilities management
  • Administrative support for the COO and Executive Team
  • Front desk, phones, and in-office meeting coordination
  • Hiring and onboarding administrative support
  • Office systems, tools, and task organization

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage COO schedule, meeting logistics, and in-office coordination
  • Prepare conference rooms, interviews, and team meetings
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations
  • Sort mail and process checks and bills
  • Maintain shared inboxes, admin tasks, and COO requests in Monday.com
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate office vendors
  • Complete daily office opening and closing procedures
  • Support hiring logistics, including scheduling, interview prep, and assessments
  • Prepare desks, equipment, and materials for new hires
  • Track recurring office expenses and manage office assets
  • Support the Office Events Manager as needed for key culture initiatives

Required Skills

  • Experience in office management, administrative support, or operations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with Monday.com and Google Workspace preferred
  • Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits
  • Uses good judgment and works with integrity

Extra Skills

  • Experience supporting hiring or onboarding processes
  • Vendor coordination experience
  • Process documentation experience
